Install the plugin

Free, and it takes a minute. Until it's listed in NINA's plugin manager, install it by hand. Pick the download for your NINA version (Help → About in NINA).

After installing, the guide covers pairing, the sequence instructions and the best settings. Questions and bug reports: Discord.

  1. Close NINAIf several NINA instances run on the PC, close them all.
  2. Open NINA's plugin folderPaste %LOCALAPPDATA%\NINA\Plugins\3.0.0 into File Explorer's address bar.
  3. Unzip the download thereYou should get a folder called The Night Manager with the plugin's files inside. If Windows blocked the zip, right-click it → Properties → Unblock first.
  4. Start NINA and pairOptions → Plugins → The Night Manager → Pair. Type the code into the app, or at this pairing page. One pairing covers the whole PC.
  5. Twin scopes on one mount?Start each NINA instance: they pick up the pairing automatically. In the one that controls the mount choose Main rig; in the others choose Linked optical path.
